Configuration of OBIA
- Go to path C:\OBIEE_HOME\Oracle_BI1\bin → Double click on configapps
- Click on NEXT
- Click on NEXT
- Provide password as RRitec123 → Click on NEXT
- Observe all parameters → you can not modify any parameters → click on NEXT
- Select BI Application Components → Click on NEXT
- Provide RPD password as RRitec123 → Click on NEXT
- Provides username as biapps password as RRitec123
Provide below details → Click on NEXT
- Provide below Details → Click on NEXT
- Provide below Details → Click on NEXT
- Provide below Details → Click on NEXT
- Select Auto Port Configuration → Click on NEXT
- Click on Continue
- To synchronize the security between ODI Studio and the Weblogic server
- Copy the files cwallet.sso and jps-config-jse.xml from C:\OBIEE_HOME\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\odi-client-config\embedded to C:\OBIEE_HOME\Oracle_ODI1\oracledi\client\odi\bin
- Now edit the file <ODI_Home>/oracledi/client/odi/bin/odi.conf
- Locate the line AddVMOption -Doracle.security.jps.config=./jps-config.xml
- Modify as shown below

Load Plan Generator Plug-in
- The load plan generator plug-in for ODI is supplied in a zip file and it is used by BIACM
- Copy and paste the file from the location C:\OBIEE_HOME\Oracle_BI1\clients\biappsclients\odi to C:\OBIEE_HOME\Oracle_ODI1\oracledi\client\ide\extensions
- Unzip the file OBIA_LPG_PLUGIN
- ll
Login to ODI
- Make sure weblogic server is running
- open ODI studio
- click on connect to repository
- click on new connection
- provide below details
- Click on OK
- Again ok
- In previous step we extracted load plan generator ZIP file because of that we got below plugin
- Now we can see all predefined interfaces of SDE SIL and PLP
- Copy Boot file from C:\OBIEE_HOME\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\servers\bi_server1\security to C:\OBIEE_HOME\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\servers\odi_server1\security
