1. What is IBOT?

A) Agent of 11g was called as IBOT. (Intelligent Bursting and Output Tool) in 10g.

2. In which schema scheduler tables were created and what are those tables?

A) In 11g scheduler tables by default created in schema DEV_BIPLATFORM with Installation of RCU(Repository Creation Utility).

Scheduler tables are:

a.S_NQ_JOB.

b.S_NQ_PARAM(PARAMETER).

c.S_NQ_INSTANCE.

d.S_NQ_ERR_MSG.

3.What is an Agent and how it is created?

A) Agents are useful to schedule reports or dashboard page or dashboard in 11.1.1.7.1 and used to generate alerts.

1.Agents can be created in three ways:

a.By using schedule time.

b.By using schedule time and condition.

c.Chain of agents.

4.  What is chain of Agents?

A) Running one agent after another agent is called as chain of IBOTS or Agents.

5. Can you schedule N reports using one agent?

A) Yes, we need to integrate in dashboard page/dashboard and schedule dashboard page/dashboard.

6.  Can you send report output to non OBIEE users?

A) Yes, by using direct mail Ids or using conditional report we can send output to non OBIEE users also.
